This is truly the taste of Minnesota: smoked lake trout! We source our trout fresh from the icy waters of Lake Superior. A local favorite, the flavor of lake trout is rich, moist, and gently pungent. We brine the fish with salt and brown sugar, and then we top it with additional brown sugar before smoking! Everything is packed in a lined box with ice to keep the food cold as it arrives on your doorstep. Shipping rates are determined by where the package is being shipped to, and its weight. Orders taken Sunday-Tuesday are shipped the day after they are received (pending product availability). We also ship on Thursdays for orders placed Wednesday that are shipped within Minnesota.
