We send each box with one slab each of our moist, boneless Atlantic salmon flavors: sweet, simple Traditional; lemony, elegant Black Pepper & Coriander; zesty Cajun; and classic Dill. We hand-trim each fillet, brine it, smoke it, then package it without the use of artificial colors or preservatives. We can also customize a box for you!
