For this smoked salmon selection, we liberally sprinkle the fillet with coarse-ground black pepper and coriander, a light and lemony spice, then smoke it. It’s a marvelous duo of spices. We use only the highest quality boneless Atlantic salmon. We hand-trim each fillet, brine it, smoke it with our special wood blend, then package it without the use of artificial colors or preservatives. This flavor will make your next dinner salad stand out from the crowd. Or try it on eggs Benedict!

Everything is packed in a lined box with ice to keep the food cold as it arrives on your doorstep. Shipping rates are determined by where the package is being shipped to, and its weight.
